J2w Terms & Conditions — Read This Before You Start

These terms and conditions apply to the j2w platform (https://j2w.click) and all associated services. They take effect the moment you begin using the platform.

J2w is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. It is the user's own responsibility to ensure that using the platform complies with the laws of their country.

J2w reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice depending on the circumstances. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To open an account on j2w, the following conditions must be met:

All financial transactions on j2w are processed through secure, encrypted channels. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposit: Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Withdraw: KYC verification is required for withdrawals. Withdrawals can only be made to your registered payment method.
• Processing Time: Mobile Banking — 5–30 minutes; Bank Transfer — 1–3 business days.
• Limits: Daily and monthly deposit and withdrawal limits are determined by your account level and verification status.

If a deposit fails, the funds are typically returned to the original source within 24 hours. If there is a delay, please contact j2w support.

Deposits or withdrawals using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited — for example, depositing from someone else's Mobile Pay or requesting a withdrawal to another person's bank account.

J2w offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has specific terms, which are detailed on the offer page.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to newly registered users on their first deposit only. Each person or household is eligible once.
• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager the required multiplier amount (typically 5x–30x).
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are restricted to specific games and cannot be used across all games.

J2w reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program at any time. Accounts may be investigated if bonus abuse is suspected.

All games on j2w are sourced from internationally recognized software providers and tested by independent third parties. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology ensures that all game outcomes are completely random.

Keep the following in mind while playing:

• There is no way to alter game outcomes — the use of any software, bots, or external tools is strictly prohibited.
• If your internet connection drops, the outcome of any active bet is saved on the server and will be visible once you reconnect.
• In any game-related dispute, j2w's server logs shall be considered the final and definitive record.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the j2w platform:

• Multiple Accounts: Holding multiple accounts under the same person, or sharing bonuses among family members from a single device.
• Bonus Abuse: Strategic betting or bonus washing intended to circumvent bonus terms.
• Fraud: Using a false identity, forged documents, or another person's information.
• Bots & Automation: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or collect data.
• Money Laundering: Illegal transactions or suspicious financial activity.
• System Exploitation: Intentionally exploiting any technical glitch or bug on the platform.

Violating these rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and your balance may be forfeited.

J2w may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification or discrepancies in submitted documents.
• Suspicion or evidence of prohibited activity.
• Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.
• Self-exclusion activated under Responsible Gaming.

If an account is closed, the verified real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will generally be returned to the registered payment method. Balances will not be refunded if the account was closed due to fraud.

To this end, j2w provides:

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limits: You can set a maximum bet amount for any given period.
